Workshops & Facilitations

Awareness practices are just as powerful for groups as they are for individuals. In my workshops and facilitations, I work with teams and organizations to uncover the underlying stories and core beliefs (the sponsoring thoughts) that shape how you collaborate, communicate, and pursue your shared goals.

When a group brings these hidden patterns into the open, it gains the ability to consciously align values, rebuild trust, and challenge assumptions that no longer serve. This process is practical and reflective, grounded in honest discussion and a willingness to question what’s familiar. The result is a path forward that’s intentional, inclusive, and responsive to the group’s true needs.

Based in Washington DC, I am available for online workshops and open to traveling for in-person facilitation.

Workshops and facilitations are offered both in English and Spanish and are offered on a sliding scale. Get in touch for specifics.

How it works.

Collaborative Workshops:

These sessions bring people together to reflect on current thought patterns, both individual and collective. Through guided exercises and open dialogue, groups identify which beliefs and habits help them thrive, and which may be holding them back. The focus isn’t just on analysis, but on action: how can you work differently and more effectively, starting now?

Human-Centered Facilitation:

My approach draws on human-centered design principles, engaging participants at all levels of the organization. By involving the people most connected to your work, we ensure solutions are realistic, widely supported, and lasting.

The Process.

1. Inquiry & Reflection: We start with an honest exploration of the beliefs, systems, and practices at play in your organization. What’s working? What feels outdated?

2. Collective Choice: As a group, you decide what’s worth keeping, what needs to change, and what new practices might better align with your goals and values.

3. Intentional Action: With new clarity, you move forward by designing and adopting practical changes, whether that means new processes, stronger communication, or a shift in shared assumptions.

The Impact.

When organizations take the time to examine and align their beliefs and practices, they create an environment where equity, trust, and innovation can flourish. This kind of intentional culture change leads to stronger engagement, better decision-making, and greater relevance in your field.
