The Approach.
Coaching with me is an invitation to look honestly at the beliefs and stories (your sponsoring thoughts) that shape your daily experience. These inner narratives can limit your growth or open up new possibilities. My role is to help you notice these patterns with clarity and compassion, so you can decide what serves you and what you might want to release or reshape.
This coaching process - and my invitation - isn’t about judgment or rushing to fix yourself. It’s about observing, reflecting, and making room for self-acceptance as you work through change. Real growth takes self-awareness, but also patience and understanding for where you are right now.
My Perspective.
Many of the beliefs we live by were shaped by family, education, or culture, often operating in the background without our awareness. Questioning these stories takes curiosity and courage, but it also calls for kindness toward yourself in the process. Coaching is a space where you can be honest without fear of criticism, where you can explore your patterns and possibilities with support and respect.
My intention is not to give you answers, but to offer guidance as you discover your own.
The Structure.
Sessions: Sessions are one hour, once a week, for a duration that fits your needs and goals. I normally recommend starting with 6 sessions and evaluating from there.
Approach: We’ll work together to identify core beliefs and patterns, giving you space to consider which ones you want to keep, shift, or let go of.
Support: Resources and check-ins between sessions are available if you find them helpful. Change may take time, and steady encouragement matters.
Investment: Coaching is offered on a sliding scale, respecting your financial situation. Get in touch for specifics.
Coaching is offered both in English and Spanish in an online format. If you are in the Washington DC area, in-person coaching can be arranged.
